Where can you find the best carrots on a Sunday roast in London?
The Ladbroke Arms, Holland Park
Loved: The pork belly and cabbage were particularly sensational - like unimprovably superb. The roast potatoes and carrots were also excellent.
Loathed: Well...the Yorkie wasn't so good. Gravy I only liked as was more tomato-based than proper gravy.

The Selkirk, Tooting
Loved: Gravy was excellent and they even brought over a shot of gravy for dessert. Carrot and swede mash really creamy, and the un-crispy roast potatoes actually good.
Loathed: Nothing really...except they worked out who I was!

The Coal Shed, Tower Bridge
Loved: Smoky steak was sexual, the Yorkie was super fluffy and the carrots gorgeous.
Loathed: Service could have been more attentive, like maybe offering us dessert after dinner, or drinks when we ran out.

The Bobbin, Clapham
Loved: Crispy roast potatoes! In London! Tasty crackling, good carrots...
Loathed: Nothing really. Pork belly was good - but I think they could do better.

Fallow, St James’s
Loved: In terms of vegetables, it really was excellent - the carrots and swede being memorably so.
Loathed: Overcooked yorkie, puny piece of pork belly and expensive for what it was.
